2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ghbet account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. The following sub-clauses apply to all registered ghbet accounts.

Single Account Policy
Only one account per individual player is permitted on ghbet. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, device, or IP address may be consolidated or permanently closed at ghbet's discretion. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through multiple accounts may be voided. Players found to have created duplicate accounts to obtain additional bonuses will have all accounts permanently closed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ghbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ghbet does not charge additional fees on standard BDT transactions, but your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges. ghbet is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit by default; however, ghbet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence and impose individual deposit limits where required for responsible gaming purposes or as directed by internal risk assessment. Deposit limits you set yourself via the Responsible Gaming tools are applied immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The average processing time is 15 minutes, but in some cases identity verification or internal review may extend this period. Withdrawals require that any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully met. ghbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
3.3
Fraudulent Transactions
Any deposit or withdrawal attempt that ghbet determines to be fraudulent, made under a false identity, or made using a payment method not registered in the player's own name will result in immediate account suspension. Funds associated with fraudulent transactions may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities. ghbet uses automated fraud detection on all financial transactions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ghbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that specific offer.

  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address. Repeat claiming of a new player bonus is not permitted.
  • All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and any associated free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed in full.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire as stated in the specific promotion terms, typically within 24-72 hours of being credited. Expired free spins and any winnings from expired spins will be forfeited automatically.
  • ghbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated on the promotion page.
  • Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures, using arbitrage strategies, or otherwise attempting to abuse ghbet's promotional system will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
Wagering Requirement Note
Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only, not on the deposit amount itself, unless the promotion page explicitly states otherwise. Always read the full promotion terms before claiming any bonus on ghbet.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ghbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the ghbet platform, including betting markets, casino games, or the cashier.

6. Responsible Gaming

Deposit and Loss Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits directly from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
6.2
Session Time Controls
Players may set a maximum session duration. When a session time limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out of their ghbet account. Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any game. To end a self-exclusion period early, a formal written request and a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period are required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ghbet platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, icons, button designs, page layouts, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ghbet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ghbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ghbet platform without prior written permission from ghbet. Any unauthorised use of ghbet's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ghbet and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and content providers shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ghbet platform, even if ghbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ghbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the circumstances described below.

Grounds for Suspension
An account may be suspended where ghbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is attempting to exploit bonuses, is using automated software, has provided false identity information, or is operating under a self-exclusion period. Suspension may be temporary pending investigation or permanent where the breach is confirmed.
9.2
Account Closure by Player
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before an account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Any remaining bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
